  • Tasty Pork Filled Wontons

    Mmmm...

So last night I had wontons for dinner. And they were soooooo good. I want to share it with you guys!

    You will need:

    • Wonton Skins
    • Ground porkchives, I think? (I don't know what they're actually called. In Chinese they're called jiu cai) pronounced J-EE-Oh Ts-aye
    • Water
    • Salt
    • Eggs

Mix one egg, a little salt, a little water, the ground pork, and chopped chives in a bowl and mix.

Looks gross, but its so good!

    Next, open your wonton skins.......

And take a spoon or chopsticks and put a little of the meat concoction in the center.

See those blue lines? That's where you take your finger, dip it in a bowl of water, trace that edge, and then fold the wonton

Corner to corner, just like that. Then take water and put it where the dot is showing.

So you can fold it like this....

That's it! They're so super easy to make, it takes no time at all to make a meal's worthy

All you have to do after that is boil it thoroughly, and then serve it with soup. You can add a little salt and sesame oil, if you wish, to give it more flavor.

    Bon Appetit!

What do you usually fill your wonton's with?
