Happy Mother's Day!
Today's the day to celebrate mommas everywhere, so make it a good one!
To pay her back for dealing with your weird food habits throughout the years (yes, it takes a patient mother to make an egg-salad sandwich every day for at least 4 months when suddenly, you no longer want to consume that sandwich ever again), you can always give your mother something food-centric, whether it's breakfast in bed or brunch at a nice restaurant.
What are you cooking up for your mom?

We're grilling steaks and having corn on the cob (which is also going on the grill), salad and a potato I believe. :D
yumyum, when she gets home i'm going to surprise my parents with bittermelon + bean sprout + chicken. Yum! and of course the spaghetti instead of rice.

Happy Mother's Day! I would cook something for my mom but she is about 5 hours away and college finals are this week for me :(. I will just cook something up for her when I come home at the end of the week.
I'm making my mom some banana bread! :D
I made her donuts for breakfast (and she only had one and said she'd have them as dessert). Then I made her scrambled egg whites, whole wheat toast, and fruit salad.

She actually made a request for home cooked dinner! I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes and sauteed broccoli with garlic. For dessert I made a chocolate buttermilk cake with cream cheese frosting.
thank you
