Bridal Shower
This was just a little something I did for my sister's friend's bridal shower recently. I didn't really have time to plan things out so I had to throw all of these things together at the last minute. I hope everyone thinks it looks okay!
Three Tier Platter of Desserts
Mini Fruit Tarts and a Chocolate Eiffel Tower Mold
Chocolate Covered Strawberries Drizzled w/ White Chocolate
Red Velvet Cupcakes w/ Cream Cheese Frosting
Champagne w/ Glasses

Chocolate Pudding and Champagne Glasses
Pudding w/ Chocolate Curls and Shavings
Decorated Champagne Glasses

What types of food would you have at a bridal shower? Hors d'oeuvres, desserts, etc?

The food looks awesome - and the champagne glasses are CUTE!
For my bridal shower, it's smokies, burgers and anything else you can throw on a barbeque.
But the spread you put together for your friend is absolutely beautiful :)
that all looks really yummy!
Wooohooo sugar overload! Totally perfect for a bridal shower. :D Although I'd have to agree with @skylar_rose@xanga - it would be actual food for me.
STAR FRUIT!
Ooo, those all looks so good! People keep talking about food, and now I'm hungry. Too bad it's 11 o'clock at night . . .
AWESOME!!
What's on the champagne glass? Is it plastic or cookies or ?
yummy.
OMG Starfruit!
Those look yummy.
@jesuismir@xanga - oh, those are slices of star fruit
mmmm that looks so yummy! I hope I have similar food at my bridal shower, but who knows what my friends will plan for me.
Aw, that looks so cute! I just helped out a friend with her cousin's bridal shower/bachelorette party last Satuday. Of course, my friend was doing everything last minute so here it goes: purchased croissant sandwiches, spinach dip with tortilla chips, her grandma's homemade chicken pasta salad and some buffalo wings purchased from Costco warmed up in the oven. She didn't want a cake but we made some chocolate chip and sugar cookies. We had soda/water and I made Bay Breeze in a pitcher for those who wanted something a little harder.
If I were planning it, I probably would have had a cake or made cupcakes. But that doesn't matter because all the food was gone and everyone had a good time.
that looks AMAZING. you are hired to cater my bridal shower : )
@lizpimphat@xanga - hahahah. i totally would if you live in the OC! :)
oo i want those cupcakes!

that doesn't look one bit impromptu/ i love the starfruit glasses ad the mini fruit tarts-and-eiffel tower idea
