Individual pizzas are a great dinner for Sunday night! The pizza crusts were made from dough that had been given a 4 day fermentation before baking. The crusts can be pre-baked. Just hand-shape, brush with olive oil and bake on a hot stone (I preheat mine to 500° to 550°F) for about five minutes. Just long enough to set the dough. Let cool and then wrap well and freeze.
No need to defrost. Just dress your pizza and bake. Nice to have in the freezer for a quick dinner.
Moe's pizza was topped with sauteed mushrooms and Italian sausage...
...and mine had mushrooms, black olives and fresh basil.

What do you make for Sunday dinner?

Those pizzas look delicious. I've found that Boboli's whole wheat crust is actually really good, if I wasn't feeling like mixing up my own. I think I've just been inspired to use it...
this looks delicious! how do you make the dough? i've never tried making my own pizza before, would love to though! sounds pretty easy and it seems like it would be cheaper than eating pizza out.
om nom nom nom pizza. I just buy it though
mushroom/olive/fresh basil = winnnn
eat out.
That looks really good. I'm curious about the dough as well.
that looks amazing. would you mind posting up a how-to for the dough?
