Here is another easy recipe from me that only involves a few ingredients and you really don't have to cook much of anything. I made this when I had absolutely nothing to eat in the house and this is what I came up with.

Ingredients: - 1 can of Chili
- 1/2 cup cooked rice<
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- Scallions for garnish
Directions:
Cook rice and chili according to directions on package. When both are done pour the chili over the rice and top with the cheese, sour cream, and garnish with the scallions.

You can't really call this a recipe, can you? You're just eating a can of chili with some rice...
i throw a lot of things together to make food when i don't have anything to eat...that looks delicious but i would throw in some ground meat too because i like to eat meat.

I've eaten Chili with Rice on several occasions. Sometimes, it almost seems out of the norm not to eat it with Rice. In my country, we eat Rice with almost every other dish.
