I grew up on pasta. It was served at least once during the week at home and every Sunday dinner at my grandmother's house. My favorite pasta dish is a family recipe passed down through several generations - spaghetti with meatballs in a tomato sauce. We make all of the components from scratch, even the pasta. All ingredients must be fresh for the tastiest result possible.
There are a ton of other pasta dishes out there, everything from Penne Alla Vodka to Macaroni and Cheese. I haven't met one I didn't like yet!
My absolute favorite is Pasta (whatever I have in the pantry) with home-made Pesto. Always hits the spot! Its been my favorite dish since I was a kid.
Home made gnocchi all the way! Eventhough some may consider it more of a dumpling, I make it the same way I make noodles.
My favourtie is macroni cheesee =) xx
I like all pasta, as long as it has a lot of cheese or an extremely creamy sauce mixed in it. Wait, do the lo mein noodles you get from Chinese restaurants count? If so, then those. I love Asian food.

Favorite EVER is called "Pasta con Broccoli alla bellano". YUM YUM YUM. It is penne pasta in a tomato cream sauce with broccoli and mushrooms...omg, I could eat myself sick on that stuff!!
