I have a story to tell all of you. It is a pretty smelly story.
I love stinky cheese. In my opinion, the stinkier, the better. Sometimes, the stinky cheese mood strikes during the day while I am at work. At these times, I make a cheese run across the street and consume the large amount of cow by-product in the confines of my four-walled office.
I have a high traffic office and many individuals come to me on a daily basis. The other day, after enjoying a Camembert, a rather pungent cheese, I went about my business. I held a few meetings in my office and chatted to a few people who were just passing by.
Later on, one of my co-workers came into my office and exclaimed, "This office smells like farts!"
You could imagine my embarrassment. I felt the flames race up my cheeks and ran to locate the cheese wrapper, my evidence that it was, in fact, a stinky cheese she smelled and not flatulence. Although I proved it to her, it was too late for many of the innocent bystanders I forced to spend a grueling amount of time in my "fart" office.
I'm quite aware that there may be some rumors flying around my work place about my supposedly poor digestion. So, I figured I should perform a public service by submitting this article and by listing some other fart-like foods below. Don't get caught smelly-handed!
Hard-boiled Eggs
Cabbage
Broccoli
Raw chicken, if it has gone bad
Can you think of any other foods that smell like farts?
How about not eating stinky things at work? haha.. Eat it in an alley looking sketchy, bet that will start even better rumours hehehe
I can't think of any other foods listed above or other people have mentioned that smells like farts lol but I would suggest not bringing food that has a strong smell like fish or something highly spiced for lunch to work as courtesy to coworkers. Save them for home. But if that's what you love, gift your coworkers a can of Febreze spray.
My brother loves broccoli and salmon. Sometimes when I come home from school, the whole house smells nasty because he made a bunch for himself. Ewww....
durian and papaya
You need to put a sign in your office that says, "I like stinky cheese. Deal with it."
There is a sign posted at the microwave in our breakroom which asks people not to heat up fish in the microwave ('cause it stinks up the building).
this post was hilarious.I really enjoy salt and vinegar chips... and while consuming these in my apartment with my roommates at the time, one of them suddenly exclaims "Why does it smell like feet in here?!" Apparently, that's what salt and vinegar chips smell like to her. I was quite amused.
