All of these flavors are most certainly delicious but I beg to differ with the "public" opinion. How could one not find Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Mint Chocolate Chip at the top of their list?
The brand of ice cream is very crucial and should be considered when putting together such a list. I am not a fan of Edy's Chocolate Chip but I cannot help myself when I am near a pint of Breyer's Chocolate Chip. I have no idea what the difference is in ingredients but surely not all brands are created equal!
I am more of a gelato gal myself but if I had to choose a favorite ice cream flavor it would have to be Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
yes i agree.. i read the list and before i got to the part where u said wheres the chocolate chip cookie dough i was already skimming the list and wondering the same... i like this other one too... it was a cheesy store brand but it tasted SO good.. it was called panda paws. it had vanilla icecream swirled with chocolate sauce and had panda paw shaped bite sized pieces of chocolate filled with peanut butter. it was godly i tell you. I'm also a big fan of cookies and cream, coffee, lychee, custard apple, and of course gotta love the mango..
I love mint chocolate chip.
And it's kinda sad that it's not on that list.:[ What on earth is chocolate marshmallow though?
p.s. though i admit sometimes i dont get some of your posts maybe im not used to the gourmet rule of thumbs but im really enjoying most of your posts and the topics you've been writing about.
@Uh_Oh_Cheerio@xanga - isnt chocolate marshmallow and rocky road practically the same thing???
Coffee and Mint Chocolate Chip.
Vanilla....yummmm...
green tea!
cookies and cream..
Anything coffee and chocolate, especially Starbucks brand.
And a Ben & Jerry's chocolate, I think it was called fish food.
Coffee or vanilla, miam. <3
Green tea, coffee, vanilla.
Or anything from Ici Ice Cream in Berkeley. Their stuff is AMAZING.
these are just a couple: mint chocolate chipstrawberrycookie doughimagine whirled peace- ben and jerry's :)green teared bean :D
PISTACHIO ICE CREAM! :)
Coffee, pineapple coconut, cookie dough
i just tried starbucks' caramel macchiato. can i tell you this was the best ice cream of my life. its coffee/vanilla with a caramal swirl. AND IT IS SO DELISH.
Vanilla and cookies and cream! Yum!
vanilla!
Ben and Jerry's "phish food" or Baskin and Robbins "love potion 31" and soft served chocolate.
Mint chocolate chip is my general favorite flavor, but I agree that the brand does make a difference. For example, if it's Ben and Jerry's we're talking about, I'd say Cinnamon Bun or Peach Cobbler.
I'm also more of a gelato girl myself, and the best gelato I ever had, hands down, was Lavender Gelato. It had actual lavender flowers in it and it was GLORIOUS.
Ice cream wise I'd have to go with peppermint candy - unfortunately only found around Christmas, or at tiny little grocery stores in the backside of nowhere, if you're lucky (it happened once, I was in heaven).
cookie dough <3
Moose Tracks, Ben & Jerry's NY Super Fudge Chunk, Breyer's Chocolate Chip, and toasted almond. Yum.
Cookie dough and strawberry. I would really like to try coffee ice cream someday.
