Daily Q: Where's Your Room in the Food Pyramid?
Ideally, we'd balance our diets according to the serving recommendations above, but how often does that happen? Chances are you tend towards one of these categories more than the others.
So which is it? Are you a vegetable fiend? Carbo loader? Sugar daddy?

i'm all about the fruit.
i'd probably be at the bottom. carbo diem, baby.
I survive off of fruit and bread, but I do eat a lot from the protein group when I'm able to. I hardly, if ever, touch the dairy group. I know I'm going to pay for that down the road.

Bread, veggies and fruits.
More often than not lately I've been wandering the third floor. Dairy and meat. Normally I'm a fruits and veggies girl, but it's been hard to get good fruits and vegetables at a good price where I live.
I find it odd that so many people think they're overdoing the carbs when that's supposed to be the biggest food group. And why is dairy a food group when so many people can't even drink the crap?
No matter what you're eating, you can find someone that says it's good and someone that says it's bad.
I'm carbs and dairy. Not only are they my favorites, but everything else is SO expensive in my area!

i think i'm in the fruit/veggie lane. i just LOVE em.
Anything but sweets, otherwise I'd be happy wherever.
Veggies, then fruits, then carbs (2-3X week). Sometimes I'll have sweets. Never dairy or meat.
I eat a lot of veggies, then healthy fat like nuts and avocado and some fruits and grains. No meat, dairy or egg
The tomato is in the vegetable section. O:
I just ate sushi, so rice, fish and seaweed. I'd like to live in the vegetable room.
i can't decide cos i love everything in the group! but i guess carbo.. cos it's like a staple food for me
Carbs. I eat bread sandwiches very often. And sweets. :3 Mmmm.
And a little bit of fruits. Cause sometimes they kind of count as sweets too. Like strawberries. <333

Unfortunately, I overdo the carbs. At least they're the biggest group? ^^;;

although my screen name is sugar mama... it's far from sweets. i would say definitely carbs more than anything. vegetables and meat come next at a tie.

i'm not afraid to say it. i'm the top two floors. :P so unhealthy and i'm a salt fiend. i need to eat better.
