Daily Q: What's Your All-Time Favorite Cookbook?
My personal favorite is the original Moosewood cookbook by Mollie Katzen. I'm not even a vegetarian, but I've been drawing from my raggedy old copy of this classic since I was old enough to use an oven.

I love my mom's 1969 printing of the Betty Crocker Cookbook. It has some great recipies and I just wish I had my own copy...

my mom loves the moosewood cookbook! i think that's where she got the recipe for my favorite dish: tostadas with orange flavored black beans, lime juice on tomatoes and green onions, lettuce, homemade guacamole. sour cream and cheese are optional and usually not wanted. it's a delicious blast of flavor without it.

The Baker's Bible. It has lots of great dessert recipes, and pictures! I love pictures. I use it a fair amount.
I'm a vegetarian, and I like Raw Food Made Easy by Jennifer Cornbleet. The recipes are quick and easy, delicious, and use healthy, fresh ingredients.
I think I would have to say Taste of Home. The recipes are great and they use everyday ingredients!!
Mr Food Cooks Like Momma. I have tried almost every single recipe in that book (many are family favorites) and haven't come across a clunker yet.
