Daily Q: How Do You Get Rid of Foodie Breath?
There are plenty of pleasures of being a hardcore foodie, and not too many downsides that come to mind. One, though, is pretty apparent: bad breath. If you've got a wide palette and large appetite, it's kind of unavoidable.
So tell us: What do you use to get rid of bad foodie breath? Mints? Gum? Something secret?

Brushing my teeth.
mix hydrogen peroxide with water 1:1.
gargle.
rinse mouth.
go tongue someone shamelessly.
Brush, floss, brush, mouthwash. Most the time I just don't bother though.
Have some minty chewing gum with you at all times :)
gum!
I carry a small container of dental floss and a little travel bottle of mouthwash in my purse at all times. After the meal, excuse myself to the washroom, give a little floss and a little swish and no more foodie breath. Works wonders!
I especially like those Listerine strips. Believe it or not, water also helps. It doesn't eliminate bad breath, but it will neutralize it. I've tried it for myself... and if you drink water regularly, it works.
