Daily Q: What's Your Most Gluttonous Holiday?
We're just days away from Christmas, and at my house at least, that means a pair of feasts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that will rival what was on the table at Thanksgiving. Which leads me to ask:
On what holiday do you stuff yourself the most? What do you typically eat?

easily easter..
some years i eat 10 chocolate eggs xD
My birthday! Not really a holiday, but still.
im a glutten all year round
halloween (can't resist chocolate!) and christmas (my mom bakes waaaay too many cookies and pies and OTHER sweets). being a vegetarian, it's easier for me to resist a lot what's on the table for thanksgiving.
Christmas dinner is more low key than Thanksgiving. So clearly, I eat more at Thanksgiving. This year for Christmas, I'm making a ham with mashed potatoes and green beans. And that's it. I might make chocolate pudding for dessert, but that's about it.
oh and that said, hotdogs on fourth of july just aren't that appealing either. but holidays focusing on sweets, watch out! when i'm single on valentine's day, i don't gorge on chocolate gifts. but i might this year ;)
Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving! I've always preferred turkey to ham..
I would actually have to say New Year's Eve. We throw a huge party with lots of booze of course, and amazing food like homemade pierogies, hash brown casserole, lasagna or baked ziti, and finger foods, followed up with leftover christmas cookies...and then in the morning we put out bagels, and our friends, who are Jewish, bring out the whitefish salad and lox from the kosher store...YUM. I'll definitely be spending a lot of time at the gym between Christmas and New Year's Eve!
I don't eat that much food. I'm mostly greedy with gifts
Christmas.. my mom started a new tradition where she makes Christmas dinner instead of us going to my grandmother's. she cooks everything in the freaking cookbook i swear. not to mention she's usually in the kitchen baking cookies for 3 days straight.
