Daily Q: What's Your Favorite Alcoholic Beverage?
I know everyone (at least everyone over 21... and some under) has a favorite alcoholic beverage. There is one favorite that you always order at the bar. You are an aficionado at tasting this drink. You know how it should be served, in what glass, and how it should be mixed.
For me, it is a mojito. Sometimes I like Dragonberry mojitos. Although I don't drink them every time I go out, I can honestly say it is the tastiest drink I have ever had in my life. I am always pleased when they are made correctly. When they aren't I am upset that I wasted the money. Mojitos made incorrectly taste like toothpaste.What is your drink of choice? Do you order it all the time? Is there a special way you like it?

Mine is tooooo! I love the mojito. I had it for the first time in Vegas and I was hooked. I usually just drink the orginial. I'm developing a taste for Pinto Grigio, of late.
The ones that don't have alcohol.
i agree with you, mojitos are my favorite.

Three measures of 151° in an Old Fashioned Glass, one-half measure each of Cointreau and Kina Lillet -- neat, stirred and un-chilled.
Three Measures of Balkan 176° Vodka in a chilled Old Fashioned Glass, one Measure of Noilly Prat Vermouth, one dash of Angostura Bitter, and the juice of of one-quarter Kaffir Lime, Shaken with Ice.
Dalwhinnie 29 y.o. Scotch in an Old Fashioned Glass, un-chilled and neat.
just a beer... or a shot of vodka/rum/tequila =) i'm a simple girl.
egg nog and captain morgan spiced rum. yum
I love spiking slush puppies with vodka :p
hmm out of the ones I've tried I'd say either a Pina Colada if I'm in a fruity mood, or White Russians are really good too and taste like chocolate milk =) mmmm

guess i'll go with pina colada, <3. of course, when i turn 21 i suppose i'll have a better knowledge of actual 'drinks' rather than just straight shots and chaser haha.

I dont drink much but when I do i like beer!!!!
i never drink alcohol.
Shots: Vegas Bombs, Jager Bombs, Kamikazes, Washington Apples.
Drinks: Double Goose (Or Chopin) & 7, Cabernet, Pinot Grigio, Long Island (when made well), Appletini, a good old fashioned beer (of many, many varieties).
I guess I can't say I have a favorite. I have worked in bars/restaurants for awhile, and so I know my way around a liquor cabinet. :)
@lov3lybones@xanga - I can never do Soco and lime again. I have a SoCo and lime story. :/

As far as beer, I drink Killians. Yum.
Otherwise, champagne. major yum.
I love a good Caesar --- but it has to be spiced right.
It's like a Bloody Mary, only using Mott's Clamato Juice (that's a link) ... the perfect Caesar has a celery-salted rimmed glass, lots of ice, good vodka, a single drop of Tabasco, a good dose of Lea & Perrins, and a lime wedge squeezed in... and a little pinch of celery salt and fresh-cracked pepper on top. Mmmm. They're good without the vodka, too.
For the holidays, I like to make this drink called Christmas in a Cup. It has spiced rum, Aftershock, and Dr. Pepper.
Sex on the beach is my favourite.
I love mojitos and there was a time it was my favorite drink. I am very pick about it though. I don't want too much mint on it, even if I love love mint. I don't like it grounded it either cause some places do that to get the flavor out.
But my favorite drink now is the Jollyrancher. I understand that there are different kinds, and it's served different ways so I simply just tell the bartender to give me part of this and that and this and that.
So... It turns out really good and I don't end up wasting money.
Vodka and cranberry juice, Dundee Honey Brown Ale, gin & tonic, and if I'm feeling fruity - Wild Blue beer.
