    Instructions

    Easy-Granola-Bars-2Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).

    Grease a 9×13-inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, almonds, chocolate chips and cranberries.  Drizzle with melted butter.

    Easy-Granola-Bars-7Add condensed milk.
Easy-Granola-Bars-3Use a wooden spoon to mix together the ingredients.
Easy-Granola-Bars-4The perfect vessel to mix is your hands.
Easy-Granola-Bars-5Press the mixture into the prepared pan with wet hands so that it will not stick to your hands.  Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on how crunchy you want them.  Lightly browned just around the edges will yield moist, chewy bars.  Let cool for 5 minutes, cut into squares and let cool completely before serving.
