Towering blocks of cookies, sugar, and more sugar- Gingerbread Extravaganza!
Happy Holidays by Le Parker Meridian & Norma’s Team
Yes! It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year and you know what that means! Gingerbread Houses! After lunch at the Burger Joint today, we were greeted with a lovely display of Gingerbread Houses made by various of our favorite bakeries for CityHarvest.
They’re all spectacular and some of the concepts are really ingenious (like Billy’s Bakery’s 3 Pigs). Others are really well executed and even inspiring. I think that my favorite is Sweet Ride by Buttercake Bake Shop, but you should decide for yourself….
The Chrysler Building by Soutine Bakery
Norma’s Hacienda Dulche by Norma’s
The View from Grand Street by Cupcake Cafe
Three Little Pigs Manhattan Holiday by Billy’s Bakery
Sweet Ride by Buttercup Bake Shop
Grand Central by Magnolia Bakery
Christmas in Palm Springs by Tribeca Treats
What type of gingerbread house are you planning to make this year?

I saw something like this in my city's mall - an entire window display was loaded with ginger bread creations. They were huge and impressive. Makes me want to go out and make some. :] Unfortunately...I can't cook. Haha.
