  • Recipe: Fish Fillets Italiano



    If you're looking for something filling and easy, look no further! These fish fillets are so simple and yummy!

    Ingredients:


    2 Tbs. olive oil
    1 small onion-sliced
    3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
    1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup black olives,pitted and sliced
    1 Tbs. fresh parsley-chopped
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    1 mild fish fillets (cod, turbot, perch, ect.)

    1.)  In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute onions and garlic in oil till softened.
    2.)  Stir in tomatoes,olives,parsley and wine.simmer for 5 minutes

    3.)
      Place fillets in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or till fish flakes easily.

    NOTE
    : you may drizzle honey over fillets if you prefer a sweet flaky taste, or you may drizzle a chili sauce if you prefer a spicy & tangy taste.

    I thought this came out better than expected. :)
