Daily Q: How Do You Like Your Steak Cooked?
My family preferred it well-done until some of my siblings turned into foodies and discovered there was more than just "over done" beef..
I prefer it medium-well so the meat isn't too tough, and that taste of beef is still present.
How do you like your steak cooked?

Medium, always
Back when I ate steak? Barely cooked on the outside, and as raw and bloody as possible on the inside.
Alas, I'm a vegetarian now.
medium rare to medium depending on the cut of steak
Medium/medium well
This was posted two months ago. My preference in steak has not changed since then.
Medium. A little pink to keep it tender. Yum!
Pink inside with just a hint of red in the center.
Medium rare, oh yeah. :)
120 - 126F is the best steak for me. =)
@mathematicalbagpiper@xanga - same :)
Medium rare or medium, but definitely no more than medium-well (generally if I'm eating with my family, cuz they get grossed out when I order medium rare).
Medium rare. (:
Medium rare. OM =Q
Well, with garlic or marinade.
Chicago Blue.
That is, charred on the outside; rarer that rare on the inside. Dry aged only, at least 7 days; 21 days preferred. I should note that only crappy steak bleeds. A good dry-aged steak does not bleed even when eaten raw.
Medium.
Medium - Medium Rare. I love steak. <3
Well done.
medium!
well-done, I've studied way too many bacteria and parasites to chance it
This is about the fourth time this question has been asked in the past few months . . .
So I will just say that I like my steak with peppers and onions. Yum.
i swear this question has been asked before...
i like it so bloody it still moos. jk, medium-well.
Medium rare.. :PP
Rare to medium rare. If it's not red and bleeding, it's too done for me.
@mathematicalbagpiper@xanga - If you don't mind me asking, why did you give up meat?
