Video: How to Carve a Thanksgiving Turkey
I remember the first time I had to carve a Thanksgiving turkey, though I'd rather not. I was nine years old and had no idea what I was doing. I ended up pulling apart the breast into small flake-like pieces, squirted turkey juice on my sister and eventually cut my finger.
If you're a turkey novice yourself, save yourself some embarrassment and watch the video above, courtesy of the Food Network's Alton Brown.
If you're not a turkey novice, have you got any of your own carving advice to share?

Ooh... now that's the way to do it. MMmm... I love turkey!
<3 good eats!
Well, I'm not an expert, but I would have to say that a chainsaw is probably not the best implement to use to carve the turkey.
