Around this time tomorrow, most of us will be sitting down the Thanksgiving dinner, and we thought it'd be fun to share what everyone is having.
On our table, we'll have a traditional spread of turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, string bean casserole and candied yams, but with a few nontraditional additions: an olive-and-feta couscous, roasted chickpeas and crab cakes for the semi-vegetarians at the table. Three different pies are for dessert – pumpkin, blueberry and apple – along with a chocolate-pumpkin cheesecake. Mmmmm...
What's on your Thanksgiving menu?

Turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy, home made noodles + beef, sweet potato casserole, potato salad, deviled eggs, candied ham, corn, dutch apple pie, pumpkin pie, triple layer mud pie
And that's just what we're making. People tend to bring things with them as well.
The works.
turkey, gravy, oven baked potatoes, sweet potato casserole, scalloped corn, stuffing, rolls, crumbed top apple pie, cranberry bread
grilled salmon, mashed taters, classic green bean casserole, cider mashed sweet potatoes, vidalia onion pie, oyster stuffing, corn pudding, pea's with pearl onions, pumpkin pie and pumpkin roll.
:D
I go to a family covered dish, so we have the usual and a couple ethnic dishes.
We're Italian, so there's always ravioli. Unfortunately, it hasn't been homemade in a while, so I'll probably skip it. And my mom makes an amazing sweet potato casserole.
french string beans with shallots, pumpkin casserole with a pecan brown sugar topping, warm corn with bacon, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, roasted cajun turkey, homemade stuffing with onions and celery cooked in the turkey, rolls, cranberry sauce, a hot rum & pom-apple mulled cider, and pumpkin pie and a three berry cobbler for dessert.
This is just what my boyfriend, my brother, and I are making....
I LOVE thanksgiving! :)
We had our Thanksgiving meal this past Saturday. Lots of yummy food. We are finally done with the leftovers today!

You know, I've been cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the past six years and this year I will not be doing it. As far as I know we will be having turkey, dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, deviled eggs, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie. I only like the cranberry sauce and deviled eggs, so I probably will not be eating Thanksgiving dinner.
If I were cooking it we'd be having ham with my own special glaze, corn, spinach, mashed potatoes (not for me), baked macaroni and cheese, deviled eggs, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, and key lime pie. I'm going to miss my Thanksgiving menu. :(
tofurfky, mashed potatoes, banana bread, peas, corn, green beans, BREADDDDD, and spinach pie
We don't do Thanksgiving since I live in the UK
We are actually pretty simple this year since it's just the four of us. Turkey breast, stuffing with bacon and mushrooms, corn, and homemade roasted garlic mashed potatoes. We decided to do pumpkin pie another day :)
A turkey (duh!), stuffing, sweet potato casserole w/ candied nuts on top, a cranberry-orange relish thing (sounds gross but is amazing), yeast rolls, and pumpkin pie. :)
...and tomorrow's dinner will be a salad, haha.
Turkey [of course],mashed sweet potatoes with maple syrup, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, a baby romaine salad, steamed asparagus, rolls, crab macaroni and cheese [a new addition - YUM], baked apples, and, of course, pumpkin pie.
Om nom nom =]
I have no family here
skip celebrating thanksgiving
Small fam so lil bit of store bought turkey breast and apple pie, but I did go and make my own cranberry souce, root veggie pancakes, sweet potato and chard gratin and brussel sprout gratin. Leftovers for about two days.
