Recipe: Crispy Baked Cauliflower
This is a guest post from: ChowtimesThe Crispy Baked Cauliflower has a hint of spiciness and they are really crispy. A great finger food and healthy snack.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cauliflowerets
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened cornflakes, crushed (or bread crumbs)
- 2 egg whites

I had fried cauliflower recently at a falafel place. It was more oily than flavorful for my taste, but I did like the new spin on cauliflower outside of it being a steamed veggie [blech].
Love fried mushroom and okra. Not sure how this would taste but sounds alright.
I'm not so sure I'd be a fan of this recipe... :/
just tell me something, there's other product that I can use to breading the cauliflower? I mean you use cereal in this case, my friend Buy Viagra and crushed, other people use bread, I like to know if there something to add more spicy flavor, thanks for the information.
