  • Daily Q: White or Wheat?



    It's not appropriate for absolutely every situation, but if we're just talking about sliced sandwich bread, I'm a big believer in wheat - the nuttier and seedier, the better. It's not just that it's healthier (which it is), but I find it much more flavorful and fulfilling. I could make an on-the-go meal of wheat bread on butter, but the standard white variety just tastes like nothing to me.

    What kind of bread do you prefer? White or wheat?
