Daily Q: What Are Your Favorite Hors D'oeuvres?
I suppose I'm a bit of a minimalist on this one. I'd rather not get into anything involved while I'm roaming and schmoozing, so I stick with cheese, crackers and finger fruits. Sushi and small pastries work too, but nothing hot. Anything that might seriously require a napkin I'll save for table dining.
What are your favorite party hors d'oeuvres?

I think my favorite was something I had at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental; it was a cold cucumber slice topped with foie gras, mango, creme fraiche and ikura. Delicious.
I'm not picky though; I love grazing style eating. I would probably prefer all my meals this way.
