For the most part, took a nutrition & weight class, so its ingrained to me. Maintain 2200 a day =)
nope
Yep. The Daily Plate. lol
No. I'm pretty sure half the foods I eat aren't compatible with meticulous calorie counting.
don't count calories, but i do look on the side to check out what kind of nutritional minerals and vitamins, whether it's got bad fat (saturated and trans), and along with its daily value to help me determine whether to buy something or not... say, if two cookies is going to give me 120% saturated/trans fat, ummm, that already exceed what i should be taking...
Yes, often. But I know it's stupid, and I don't eat crap so that's ok.
nope
No.
no, but i like to look at the ingredients. if i count calories then i have to measure the servings and blah, blah, blah. idk, i'm weird. plus i just avoid eating fast food or fried food in general. i eat a lot though. like huge portions. i'm also 152cm and less than 40kg.... n_____n;;;;?
NO!!
when i was training for a 1/2 marathon, i would count calories because i didn't want to under or over eat because i was doing an intense training. i lost a good 15 pounds even though i was eating more then my normal 1200 to 1400 calories per day. if my life wasn't so hectic with work and my family, i would definitely go back to counting calories again. it forced me to eat healthier and kept me in shape.
calories are considered good in my health diet. i'm more concerned with transfat, saturated fat, etc.

yes
Sometimes I read the labels and note the calories, but I eat a lot of fresh food (especially in the summer), so I can't count calories anyway.
I just eat when I'm hungry. If I feel like eating more it's usually because I've been more active.
sometimes, sometimes i just want to eat whatever i want so i don't count.
yes, I usually set a limit and dont go over it
Nope. Never. Calories are a side note to me. I eat the healthy stuff in appropriate portion size and indulge on occasion.
nope, i have no idea how to.
yes i count em.
Nah
most times i count but if i'm not feeling good i just say 'f it!' and eat w.e i like
No I never do. I eat well balanced meals with proper portions
I never understood how you could measure what you eat in calories.
