I love sheep's sorrel! It's so delicious. I learned about it when I was in 5th grade camp, and ever since then, I've been known to pick it directly from the ground and eat it whenever I find some. I do the same thing with "Indian peas" and sumac. :D
I don't know if I'd eat that pie, though. If it's all vegetarian (which it appears to be), I'd try it.
