Eat it. From what I've heard, anchovies just melt with heat and become super salty. It's the parmesan I'm not too fond of, oddly enough.

I would try it. I don't have a problem with anchovies, though it takes several times to get used to the taste.
I'm a big fan of salty foods, and this is actully one of the favorite style. Goes so well with a glass of white.
I would try it, but I'd have an impartial distaste for it before trying. It better be good for me to eat a second piece.
