The Meat Cake: Culinary Nightmare or Genius?
I was browsing around for new recipes online when I found it -- the Meat Cake. It's either a horrific travesty of nature that should never have seen the light of day, or it's an example of sheer culinary genius and bold innovation in the kitchen. I'm not quite sure yet.Glazed with ketchup and frosted with mashed potatoes, the Meat Cake consists of three layers of meatloaf generously spread with Worcestershire sauce.
I have to admit, I'm actually pretty impressed. It's creative, attractive (albeit in a "WTF" kind of way), and looks like it has the potential to be quite tasty. Not sure about the ketchup though, since I'm not a huge ketchup fan.

I can't eat that much meat! Maybe it's the name that's throwing me off... I'd try it :D
I really like meatloaf and mashed potatoes but I would probably only eat this if it was one layer of meat and with a bit more mashed potatoes and some vegetables.

too much meat and I don't like ketchup on my meat loaf so I wouldn't eat, but it is awesome and creative.

Probably not...not a big fan of the meatloaf.
But you should try spaghetti pie! It's SO good!
