Never even had or heard of this dish.
gonna have to smite this one... coffee and me don't get along...

i'd guess i would try it but i'm not too fond of coffee. so the "cremi coffee demi glace" and "cocoa coffee rubbed" parts doesn't sound that appealing to me. but i guess i can't knock it if i haven't tried it. but i'd like my buffalo well done please...a little burnt. cause the picture above is definitely not the way i like meat. in fact, if the only way they would serve it is like that, i would have to pass.
