The World’s Biggest Hamburger

Congratulations to Miyazaki City for its creation of the world’s biggest hamburger:
The hamburger, which was made for a promotional event for the Phoenix Seagaia Resort, weighed it at 136.2 kilograms (300 pounds), beating the previous world record burger, which weighed a measly 84 kilograms (185 pounds).
All I can say is: WTH happened to the buns! Maybe they should call it the world's grossest-looking burger.

That is disgusting.
Disguesting.
Maybe that is supposed to be enjoyed with that 'blue beer' we were all treated to last week on this site?
Only 136.2 kg? ;)
That looks pretty gross, but then I saw the little ones that are different colors...lol
The hell is wrong with it?
holy cow.
the bun looks a bit burnt , dont cha think?
If you notice the little ones at the bottom you can tell he...either charred the buns or made it so it was black like the baby burger! I think he should have gone with the green or red. xD
I think the buns were colored xD
What happened to the buns?!
I feel bad for the animal that had to die to make that crap.
*lol* gives whole new meaning to the term charbroiled.
LOL!
i didn't know the japanese ate hamburgers. oh western corruption. why do you keep infecting the good, innovative ones, who've been healthy for centuries before your obesity epidemic came up?
ew...
Why do the buns look like cooled slabs of lava? Is that how he cooked it?
the dark buns are not very appetizing. but the smaller ones look cute. looks very colorful haha
is it supposed to be edible??
Ugh, it looks overdone and burnt.
@snapeful@xanga - Of course they do, they even have some of their own fast food chains in Japan, like Mos Burger and Freshness Burger, :3
The reason the buns are black is because they colored it that way. Look at the photo, there are three other burgers that are normal sized with different colored buns.
Damn Japanese have to do EVERYTHING. LOL

dangg that are burnt bunss!!!
hahaha its probably not edible
Maybe the buns are made from a dark bread, like pumpernickel.
Is that just a single patty on that burger? And what else did they put on it?
How long will it take or how many people will it take to finish that?
