IReallyLikeFood Opinion; More Healthy or More Greasy?
On IReallyLikeFood.com, the IReallyLikeFood team prefers to concentrate on appetizing food, whether it is healthy or unhealthy; however, some comments suggest that more health conscience foods should be added.
Should more healthy food be added to IReallyLikeFood posts?

How about a nice equal balance because we get plenty of health blabber from Healthkicker.
I say rotate some different ideas.
I've creeped up a pound on the scale and as such need to take that pound off, so for the time being it's going to be cereal and salad for awhile, but a site that caters to all people (everywhere from the health-nut vegan to the fast food junkie) would be ideal.
My thought is that this is a foodie site, and as a foodie, while I appreciate the health value of what is going into my mouth, I also enjoy the decadence that is food!! It seems we've been a little heavy on the healthy side to the point of almost hatemongering the less healthy stuff--really, do we need anymore entries about the increased nastiness of deep frying things?--and it makes me not want to read or comment on those entries.
Good food, especially the offerings that are covered, smothered and fried in goodness, are great in moderation. You know, like everything else in life.
Just my two cents.
Yes. Lately I've seen a whole bunch of posts on IReallyLikeFood that focuses on unhealthy, fatty/greasy foods.
I like reading the regional, unique and gormet type food posts- I think if you want to read about health food go to health kicker.
If you want healthy go over to healthkicker
NO! Do whatever comes up that looks delicious! Healthy can be delicious too, and if people submit healthy recipes, then great.
a mix of both is great. and yea, if anything, healthkicker is for the more healthy stuff.
healthy is for healthkicker
yes. Healthkicker isn't just a food blog, it includes the spectrum of issues that factor into health. This is a food blog, and within the world of food there is a spectrum of "healthy" to "crap." I only eat healthy, and if this blog starts trending more towards the "crap" side of things I'm unsubbing.
whatever's DELICIOUS. i'm a health nut but i love decadent recipes! so healthy or not...
How about a good mix of both. Keep it all about food no matter what the health content is.
doesn't matter :D still food ^^
NO
Delicious food! If I wanted a guilt trip I would go to HealthkickerI love food; but I healthy foods are definately the way to go. Junk food makes you feel like crap. My friend went into a Mountain Dew withdraw once after not having Mountain Dew for a week.
What do you deem healthy food? What I find healthy might not be what you find healthy and visa versa! But if you are going to talk about vegetables and high quality protein sources in abundance then I am down for more of that content!
I wouldent mind a few healthy recepies.
Keep it in a nice balance when possible, but don't over think it!
this site is for food, ALL FOOD! GLORIOUS FOOD! (sorry, overboard there) no discrimination. healthy, fatty, gross, yummy: everything.
i like healthyness
check out the Xanga featured question. It's about bagels.
I think we should have more virtuous recipes for things that are notoriously bad.
...Like mac & cheese! I had carrot mac & cheese once, and it was wonderful!
Yes please!
