Twilight's Edward Cullen Interview, His Daily Diet
Fortunately, I was able to catch Edward Cullen at midnight before I hit the sack and after he woke up, refreshed; I must say girls that he does have really fair complexion and deep penetrating eyes. He was kind enough to answer some questions about what he consumes or what he considers sustenance.

Munchmunch: So I'm assuming that you drink blood.
Edward Cullen: I only like to drink Bella's blood.
MM: Bella? Who is that? Your mother?
EC: No No. That's too perverse. She's the love of my life.

MM: Oh...and you drink her blood? I guess that's normal in relationships... What does her blood taste like?
EC: She tastes like root beer, black licorice, and heroin.

MM: Heroin? I thought you could only snort heroin.
EC: Oh you can eat it alright. She's like my own personal brand of heroin.*
MM: I've never tried heroin, but it sounds quite addicting.
EC: Oh it is. That and garlic.

MM: Garlic? Munchmunch sputtered in amazement. I thought vampires hated garlic!
EC: A complete myth. Why would we be? Bad breath? We drink blood! Our breaths are already horrendous with the rusty metallic scent. Besides garlic is good for the body. You think that we can maintain this body with only blood? Edward shows Munchmunch a glimpse of his chiseled abs.
MM: Can you drink synthetic blood? Can you drink Tru Blood? I heard that it's possible, Bill Compton drinks it.
EC: Are you dense? You know True Blood is just an HBO series right?
MM: It's not real?
EC: No. But if Tru Blood was real, I'd drink it. Then I wouldn't have to worry about hurting Bella. I'd probably like O Negative.

MM: Please stop staring at my neck. It's making me slightly uncomfortable.
EC: Sorry, Bella hasn't been cooperating as much in our blood exchange lately and I'm feeling a little thirsty.
MM: It's cool. Just don't bite me. I don't want to be sporting scarves for the rest of my life. What else do you like to drink?
EC: Hmm...goat's blood.
MM: Goat's blood?
EC: After I heard that chucacabras like to drink it so much, I decided to try some for myself. And, wow, it was out of this world.
Munchmunch nods in agreement.
MM: What about solid foods? We established that you can eat garlic. Can you eat anything else?
EC: Like I said, we need a lot more nutrition than what blood can give. On occasion, I'll eat some rare steak. It has to be bloody though, fresh from the butcher.

MM: Sounds appetizing. Munchmunch turns away to mock gag. Anything else?
EC: Well. Back in the day when I could turn into a bat--
MM: You can't turn into a bat!
EC: It was when I actually had some special skills. Anyways, so whenever I was in bat form, I would have strange cravings for mosquitoes and insects. I actually brought a picture with me just for IReallyLikeFood.com.

EC: That's me eating a fig.
MM: So you can eat fruits?
EC: Back then I did.
MM: What do you take in daily nowadays?
EC: Just Bella's blood and garlic. But if I'm feeling up for a treat, I'll eat other things like steak; it's great protein.
MM: Thank you for your time and for having the patience to answer my questions!
EC: It was my pleasure.
