Macaroni and Cheese Pie
Last night I had the most amazing dinner ever. If you guys don't know this yet: my mom likes to cook. She likes to make new and exotic foods and combine things. Anywho, my mother came up with another one of her inventions and...dear Lord...it was amazing. Let me tell you about it.
It's called Macaroni and Cheese Pie. And that is exactly what it sounds like. It's basically a graham crust like you find in other pies, but instead, there was mac and cheese in it. In addition, there were bits of bacon in it and on top was a layer of cheese. It was absolutely perfect... It satisfied every cheesy desire one would ever have in their entire life... It was creamy and the texture was almost like puffy clouds in heaven, and the smell was irresistible. It was truly amazing. I brought it to my youth group and there was not a single piece left.

Oh man, my English teacher gave me this recipe for mac and cheese casserole... It is sooo good. It's also a heart attack on a dish, but whatever!
Basically, you make the mac and cheese from the box, mix it with bulk sausage, more cheese, and some tomato sauce, and then bake it.
I'm getting hungry thinking about it, and I just ate lunch!
This sounds delicious. I am STARVING right now. I can't wait for lunch. I'm craving macncheese now. :(

ok i got to admit, when i first read the title i was like "mac and cheese pie??? ugh" but after looking at the pictures, it looks really delish and creative too. i want some.

I love comfort food like this... usually my brother makes really good pasta with meat cooked into the sauce rather than serving it with meatballs. And my mom makes the best Indian/Pakistani food.
