But as far as a semi-local restaurant, Makoto's in Boone. It's a Japanese restaurant that grills your food in front of you. Mmmm... sweet carrots. <3
Miller's Cafe here in Houston makes some of the BEST burgers ever! They also have chicken, chili, salads, and some veggie dishes if you rather dine on that. But again the burgers are the best.

Now it is Indian and has a good choice of English dishes as well I have Chicken, chips and green peas
Niko Sushi, just a tiny little 4 table sushi place, run by an adorable senior Japanese couple. They're always giving out free food and stuffing us full.
Miyoko in garden grove, ca. <33 It's a little japanese sushi place. (:
Potato Shack in College Station, TX. It's like a meal with a potato under it.
Moe's Southwest Grill or Mama Fu's Asian House. Fazoli's used to be on the list as well, til they took away the peppery chicken option on my fettucine alfredo.
Chilis for sure. I guess recently I went to The Melting Pot in downtown Minneapolis (fondue), very expensive but so worth it. Mmm melted cheese and chocolate...
BJ's or Cheese Cake Factory for sure.
I definitely love Philly's Chinatown and have so many different favorite places that I have trouble choosing. But there is one Italian place that I love on 3rd street near Market Street - La Locanda. Amazing Italian place!
